Schneider National, Inc. in Green Bay, WI seeks a Senior Compensation Specialist to administer manual pay processes, validate payroll, audit entries, and ensure accurate, timely pay. The role supports a full-time, first-shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) in the Green Bay location.

You will analyze pay discrepancies, maintain rate tables, collaborate with leaders to ensure correct pay grades, and test configurations to strengthen pay processes. A strong eye for detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in business, HR, or finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll or HR-related fields.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Audit pay setup for completeness and accuracy.
• Create and maintain datasets for payroll reporting.
• Analyze pay discrepancies and advise on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure correct pay grades and rate tables.
• Suggest and help implement changes to strengthen pay processes.
• Test new configurations in a test environment.
