Job summary

Schneider National in Green Bay is seeking a Senior Business Support Specialist to audit accessorial charges, drive quality assurance, and improve processes across payment streams. The role focuses on investigating disputes, capturing additional revenue, and partnering with internal teams.

You will act as the primary contact for escalated questions, build relationships with customers, and identify opportunities to optimize accessorial workflows while supporting a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Desire to become an expert in accessorial systems and processes.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects at a time.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for escalated accessional questions and issues.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers through open communication, follow-ups and timely problem resolution.
• Identify potential process concerns and work through them with accessorial stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to capture additional accessorial revenue.
• Analyze key factor reporting of detention measurements.
