Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for its Technical Services organization to partner with senior leaders on people and culture strategy. You will coach, influence, and design scalable people solutions that align with business goals, driving performance and engagement across the team.

You will lead talent moments, including performance, succession planning, and compensation cycles, while balancing strategic partnership with operational stewardship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience creating measurable impact on a major business unit.
• 5-7 years of HRBP experience, ideally supporting global technical GTM / Customer Support teams.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Senior Leadership (VP level).
• Ability to travel to relevant offices and leadership offsites (1-2 times/quarter).
