You will partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, product, sales and engineering to align pay with business goals, drive performance, and scale globally, while guiding leaders with data-driven pay strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in compensation, with at least 4 years leading compensation programs.
• Experience with US incentive plans or private-company equity prep for IPO.
• Strong knowledge of job matching, market pricing, leveling, and equity mechanics.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executives.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and building compensation reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to design, govern salary structures and incentive plans.
• Benchmark compensation against competitors to strengthen pay positioning.
• Advise leaders on pay-for-performance, quota alignment, and competitive practices.
• Collaborate with product, sales and engineering to develop variable compensation software.
• Develop models for incentive cost, ROI, and scenario planning.
• Lead communications to ensure managers and employees understand programs.
• Ensure programs are compliant and scalable globally.
