Qualifications

• 8+ years of compensation experience in high-growth tech
• Experience owning end-to-end compensation cycles
• Experience with equity compensation and variable pay

• Own end-to-end merit and incentive cycles, budgeting, and communications
• Partner with People Partners and Finance to ensure competitive, affordable programs
• Lead design inputs for compensation software and tooling
