• Conduct job evaluations and participate in special studies to address compensation challenges.
• Assist with annual salary and incentive programs, including bonus review processes.
• Participate in compensation and benefit surveys to benchmark the company's market position.
• Formulate strategies to align compensation plans with long-range organizational goals, including sales incentives.
• Serve as a knowledge resource for peers on compensation issues.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular attendance and be able to work nights and weekends as needed.
