• Assist with annual salary and incentive programs, including bonus reviews.
• Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to benchmark market position.
• Align compensation plans with long-range organizational objectives, including sales incentives.
• Serve as knowledge resource on compensation issues.
• Exercise independent judgment in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible schedule, including nights/weekends.
