Job summary

AT&T in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Compensation Consultant to design, implement and optimize compensation programs and Workday Advanced Compensation systems. You will analyze data, partner with leaders, and develop recommendations to align pay with business objectives and employee experience.

You will drive market analyses, benchmarking, and reporting while exploring AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and decision making.

Qualifications

5+ years of compensation experience including program administration, market pricing, surveys and analysis.
Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
Advanced Excel proficiency with complex analyses and modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret large data sets.
Experience partnering with leaders on compensation-related recommendations and decisions.
Excellent communication, presentation and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a functional expert for Workday Advanced Compensation and support related tools and enhancements.
Analyze complex compensation and workforce data to identify trends and opportunities.
Design, develop, implement, and maintain compensation tools, reporting, and system functionality.
Partner with HR and business leaders to guide compensation strategy, policies, programs and communications.
Support development, administration and continuous improvement of compensation programs and processes.
Conduct market analyses, benchmarking and survey participation to ensure competitive pay practices.
Develop recommendations for base pay, incentive compensation, and management pay initiatives.
Administer and interpret non-sales compensation plans and programs.
Manage discretionary award programs including implementation, tracking and reporting.
Monitor regulatory and statutory compensation requirements and advise actions.
Support annual compensation planning activities with research and analysis.
Explore and implement AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and insights.
