Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Senior Compensation Consultant (Fully Remote-USA)

We’re excited to be partnered with a leading organization on a fully remote opportunity for a Senior Compensation Consultant. This is a high-impact, permanent position for an experienced professional looking to drive compensation strategy, lead complex projects, and consult with senior leadership on enterprise-wide initiatives. Must have Workday experience.

What You’ll Do:
  • Design and manage compensation programs that align with business goals
  • Lead market analysis, pay equity studies, and job evaluation initiatives
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to guide compensation planning
  • Contribute to executive and incentive compensation strategies
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to compensation team members
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation strategy, analytics, and consultation
  • Workday experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong understanding of market pricing tools, FLSA, and compliance practices
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
  • Certified Compensation Professional-Preferred (CCP)
