Community Clinic is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead pay philosophy, pay structure, and incentive design for all employee groups. The role partners with the Chief People Officer to ensure competitive total rewards while overseeing the self-insured health plan and related regulatory compliance.

The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with provider compensation design, and collaboration across Legal, Compliance, and Finance to maintain compliance and cost

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years in compensation and benefits leadership or similar scope.
• Experience with self-funded health plans and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and change-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set pay philosophy, pay structures, and job architecture with the Chief People Officer.
• Lead market pricing, salary surveys, and benchmarking for all groups.
• Oversee self-funded health plan, renewals, and third-party administrator relations.
