Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team. The role designs and administers base pay, incentives, and sales commissions to support recruiting, retention, and engagement.

The position is remote, with a preference for candidates in the Northern Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC area; you will develop pay structures, participate in market analyses, and advise managers on compensation decisions in alignment with budgets and policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or Analytics with 5+ years in compensation.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs/charts).
• Experience with government contracting.
• Strong attention-to-detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and administer compensation programs including base pay and incentives.
• Design pay structures, grades, budgets, and guidelines.
• Advise managers on offers, internal equity, and guideline adherence.
• Conduct compensation surveys and market analysis.
• Maintain job descriptions and job architecture.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HRBP to align offers.
• Compile and validate compensation data and support projects.
