Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Staff Compensation & Data Analyst (IC4) who will lead global compensation modeling, equity strategy, and AI-augmented analytics. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Stock Administration to design programs, and work with Workday and Carta to implement solutions.

This is a full-time remote role based in Costa Rica, with enterprise-scale data platforms and advanced analytics at the core of decision making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation, equity, or People Analytics at a senior IC level.
• Proven track record of designing and modeling global compensation and equity programs in fast-paced tech environments.
• Demonstrated experience with change management and enablement programs, including training collateral and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Architect compensation models for salary bands, market pricing, geographic differentials, and merit budgets.
• AI-augmented analytics to benchmark compensation, analyze market trends, and automate data workflows.
• Model executive total compensation and STI/LTI strategies with AI-generated narratives and scenario analyses.
• Design and model global equity frameworks, grant guidelines, vesting schedules, and budget allocations.
• Co-design Workday Compensation workflows and ensure data integration across systems.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, or HR

6+ years of compensation/equity/people analytics experience
