Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in sales compensation or related analytical discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and reporting.
• Ability to build and validate analytical outputs and large datasets with high accuracy.
• Experience with incentive plan design, quotas, and pay mix.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors or Workday is preferred.
