Royal Caribbean Group in Miami, FL seeks an Analyst, Compensation to join the Human Resources team. This full‑time role focuses on shipboard compensation programs, data analysis, reporting, and delivering actionable insights across the fleet.

You will build Power BI dashboards, conduct market pricing analyses, and support annual compensation cycles. Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years’ experience required; hospitality experience beneficial. Onsite in Miami.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, HR, finance, or business analytics.
• Experience preparing reports and conducting analyses to support decision-making in business or HR contexts.
• Exposure to compensation processes, workforce analytics, or HR information systems preferred.
• Background in hospitality, cruise, or maritime industries beneficial but not required.

Mansioni

• Support HR, Operations, and Compensation teams by performing data collection, analysis, and reporting that inform pay decisions and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using established data models, visualization standards, and report management best practices.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to monitor compliance with collective bargaining agreements and internal compensation policies.
• Support annual compensation processes, including merit increases and bonus cycles, by preparing analytical files, completing validation checks, and distributing materials.
• Coordinate with technical and business data teams to validate and reconcile datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness for downstream reporting.
• Conduct basic job evaluations, market pricing, and internal equity analyses using established compensation tools and benchmarks.
• Document compensation workflows and recommend procedural or reporting enhancements that support process improvement initiatives.
• Escalate data integrity, policy compliance, and pay discrepancy issues to the Manager for review and resolution.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and special analyses that support shipboard compensation and workforce analytics projects.
