Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group's Onboard Revenue Data & Analytics team seeks a Senior Analyst to drive Shore Excursions and PCP revenue growth through scalable analytics and predictive modeling.

You will collaborate with IT and data teams to migrate data to the cloud platform, build Power BI dashboards, and deliver insights to executives.

This on-site role at the Royal Caribbean Headquarters in Miami requires strong SQL/Python skills, hands-on BI experience, and the ability to communicate complex results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA/MS preferred; 4-year degree or equivalent with strong financial analytics background is common
• Familiarity with revenue management, pricing concepts, and inventory management is preferred
• Cruise, hospitality, or related industry experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models and analytics to forecast revenue and optimize pricing for Shorex and PCP
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to migrate to the Alpha Data platform and ensure data integrity and scalable architecture
• Develop Power BI dashboards to replace Hyperion queries and provide actionable insights to leadership
