Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Lead, Business Intelligence to anchor the Data Visualization & BI team. You will own Power BI architecture, guide Databricks integration, and shape the AI analytics strategy for senior leadership across Revenue Planning, Deployment, Air Planning, and Operations Research.

You will mentor analysts, define visual design standards, and present BI roadmaps to VP- and AVP-level executives, shaping how analytics inform business decisions at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive BI experience with increasing technical scope and leadership.
• Expert-level Power BI mastery — composite models, Direct Lake, advanced DAX, deployment pipelines.
• Production-level Databricks experience — SQL Warehouses, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Databricks-to-Power BI integration.
• Executive-level communication — presenting to VP/AVP-level leadership independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the DVBI data visualization framework and design standards.
• Design the team's most complex executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Conduct visual design and code reviews to ensure quality.
• Champion accessibility standards across all DVBI content.
• Govern the Databricks SQL Warehouse strategy and Power BI Direct Lake connectivity.
