Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Lead, Compensation Design to drive compensation strategy across Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Silversea, and private destinations. This onsite Miami-based role partners with Brand leaders and cross-functional teams to design frameworks, pricing, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• 5+ years in corporate compensation, total rewards, or related analytics.
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to audit and validate complex data and models.
• Experience with base pay, market pricing, job evaluation, and governance.
• Translate issues into structured workplans and actionable recommendations.
• Connect compensation design to talent strategy and financial objectives.
• Experience in large matrixed or multinational organizations is a plus.

• Develop, implement, and maintain compensation frameworks and salary structures.
• Structure base pay practices, ranges, incentives, and governance.
• Perform job evaluations, leveling, and architecture activities.
• Build and analyze financial models, forecasts, and scenarios.
• Translate data into clear insights and leadership recommendations.
• Apply AI and tech to improve compensation workflows and insights.
• Support governance, pay equity, regulatory reporting, and audits.
• Partner with Brand leaders, HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Operations.
