A leading logistics firm in Camden, New Jersey seeks a Senior Compensation Partner to manage and administer the Compensation programs. The successful candidate will analyze data to support pay decisions and participate in various cross-functional projects. The role demands a BA or BS degree along with 5-6 years of related experience. The base salary ranges from $75,940.80 to $101,254.40, plus a 3% targeted bonus and a robust benefits program including health insurance and 401k plans.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or Finance required.
• Knowledge of Compensation function preferred.
• Experience with HR Information Systems such as UKG, Workday.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation programs and plans according to established policies.
• Provide estimated pay rates for RFPs to support business growth.
• Conduct audits of data sets like employee pay and job classifications.
