  • Partner strategically: Collaborate with business and HR leaders to understand evolving needs, shape program objectives, and translate strategy into action.
  • Project leadership: Create and manage program‑related projects, proactively adjusting plans, resolving issues, and navigating dependencies to ensure success.
  • Think holistically: Anticipate how compensation programs intersect with other initiatives and partner cross‑functionally to mitigate risks and drive alignment.
  • Ensure integrity: Maintain compliance with global legal, regulatory, and audit requirements—protecting both the organization and our employees.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, finance, or HR program management.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis and modeling; experience with automation and AI is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience delivering compensation programs across multiple countries or regions.
  • Deep familiarity with compensation tools and HRIS platforms (Workday, Beqom, Anaplan).
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Suite.
  • A collaborative, influential style—able to problem‑solve, communicate clearly, and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
