Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the HR compensation team.
• Schedule in-person meetings with Key Leadership, VPs, and Directors to discuss annual market changes.
• Meets with Benefits Lead and Payroll Manager to organize shared projects.
• Coordinate compensation team workflows with annual increases, offer quotes, job placement, and policy tracking metrics.
• Takes point on analysis, data collection, and document review for major compensation and Total Rewards events.
• Review and respond to pay rate and/or position appeals escalated from HR colleagues and leadership.
• Audit FLSA classifications for compliance and monitor regulatory changes.
• Participate in analysis and documentation for major Total Rewards events and surveys.
