Job summary

Augusta Health is seeking an HR Operations professional to optimize processes across HR. You will review offer quotes with Talent Acquisition, process PAFs for hires and changes, and guide managers to ensure policy alignment.

You will implement earnings code changes, manage job descriptions, and drive data integrity with regular audits and reporting. A foundation in HRIS and compensation programs supports cross-functional payroll and benefits collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or better.
• 2 years minimum working in HR positions supporting HRIS or compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Review and generate all offer quotes; collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants to support candidate communication.
• Review and process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for hires, promotions, transfers, salary adjustments and terminations; ensure HRIS compliance.
• Provide guidance to HR and hiring managers on the PAF process to ensure consistency with standards.
• Implement earnings code changes tied to transfers, aligning with job classifications and pay policies.
• Administer changes to certification pay and audit updates for timeliness and accuracy.
• Manage and update job descriptions for new roles and internal postings to ensure clarity.
• Set expectations and deliver training/resources to hiring managers and HR colleagues to drive accountability.
• Maintain data integrity through collaboration with HR leadership and regular tracking/auditing/reporting.
• Develop SOPs and checklists to drive consistency across HR processes.
• Participate in process-improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with payroll and benefits to ensure timely processing of compensation changes and job updates.
