Fairview Health Services is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to design, maintain, and administer compensation programs that attract and retain talent. You will partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to ensure total rewards align with business and talent strategies and to administer incentive plans.

Requirements include 8 years of direct compensation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with salary surveys, market reviews, and multi-union

• Experience with salary surveys and market reviews
• Experience in multi-union environments
• Ability to implement new programs and manage projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic consultation on compensation-related matters to HR and leaders
• Conducts job evaluations using market data, internal equity, and compliance
• Oversees pay grade structures and annual market movement recommendations
• Designs, administers, communicates, and assesses incentive plans
• Analyzes compensation program effectiveness and recommends improvements
