Munson Healthcare is seeking a Principal Compensation Analyst to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in shaping compensation programs across the organization.
You will analyze, design, and administer base pay, incentives, and salary structures, lead market benchmarking, and support pay equity and compliance initiatives with data-driven insights for executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of compensation experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide compensation programs.
- Strong analytics and compensation operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field (required).
- CCP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in shaping compensation programs.
- Analyze, design, and administer enterprise-wide compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and salary structures.
- Lead market benchmarking and complex compensation analyses.
- Support pay equity and compliance initiatives and translate data into insights for executive decision-making.
- Influence key compensation initiatives and consult with leaders across the organization.
