You will structure analyses, develop pay strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance while expanding client relationships and contributing to business development. Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of compensation consulting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple large projects and complex engagements.
• Deep knowledge of compensation strategy, pay design, market analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong client relationship management and executive advisory skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Structure, direct, review, and interpret analyses performed by project teams.
• Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs for clients' attraction and retention needs.
• Provide consulting on pay strategy, job architecture, and digital activation of designs.
