RealREPP is seeking a Senior Compensation professional in Dallas to lead and support enterprise-wide compensation initiatives, including program design and the annual merit and incentive process.

You will partner with HR business partners and leaders, manage salary surveys and market data, design incentive plans, ensure data governance in Workday, and analyze trends to keep our compensation programs competitive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience with market pricing and job architecture.
• Excellent ability to manage complex compensation cycles with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and incentive modeling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise-wide compensation initiatives and programs.
• Manage salary surveys, deadlines, costs, and data analysis to identify gaps.
• Assist in design of incentive and commission plans.
• Maintain market pricing system, data integrity, and job level mapping.
• Evaluate market data and trends to ensure competitiveness of compensation programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
