SRS Heritage Group seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead the design and administration of our compensation programs while aligning with corporate goals. You will perform benchmarking studies, ensure compliance, and drive data-driven decisions using Workday and Excel in a hybrid, McKinney workplace.

You will partner with HR and business leaders, deliver ad hoc analytics, and champion continual improvements across compensation practices, with a focus on internal equity and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years administering compensation programs in a large multi-state org.
• Experience with benchmarking studies and market data sources.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office Suite; strong Workday knowledge.
• CCP designation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and administration of comprehensive compensation programs.
• Conduct annual compensation benchmarking studies for market alignment.
• Evaluate policies to ensure cost-effectiveness, compliance and equity.
• Review salary adjustments guided by compensation strategy.
• Generate ad hoc compensation reports using Workday and Excel.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in compensation practices.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive compensation changes.
• Maintain high customer service standards in compensation inquiries.
