Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience across multi-region orgs.
• Experience with base pay, incentive plans, and salary structures.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA compliance and compensation governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs across regions.
• Manage salary structures, pay ranges, and job architecture for consistency.
• Oversee annual merit cycles, budgeting, and incentive planning.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and leaders on compensation strategy.
