Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead salary planning, equity and variable pay processes for staff. You will assess market value, ranges, and policy guidance, collaborating with HR partners and business areas.

You will also analyze data to prepare reports and dashboards and manage budgets for compensation programs. The role emphasizes strong Excel/R/Tableau skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence compensation decisions across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
5+ years of academic/professional experience performing related duties.
Proficiency with MS Excel, R, Tableau.
Experience with market pricing tools and HCM platforms.
Strong math and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and writing abilities.
Ability to consult with management and staff on compensation.
Knowledge of workers' compensation and DOL regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead salary planning and equity/variable pay processes for non-official staff.
Lead salary structure analysis and annual salary planning.
Coordinate with HR partners to determine market value and salary ranges.
Provide guidance on compensation policies and analytics for reports and dashboards.
