Job summary
Rexel USA seeks a Compensation Manager in Dallas, hybrid role. You will lead strategy, design, and governance of compensation programs across regions, manage salary structures, and partner with HR, Finance, and leaders to drive equity and growth.
You will conduct market pricing, oversee merit and budgets, and support mergers and acquisitions with harmonization of pay programs. Excellent analytical skills and 7+ years in compensation are expected.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in compensation, multi-region exposure.
- Experience with base pay, salary structures, and market pricing.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Certifications (CCP, CPP, SHRM) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, design, and governance of regional compensation programs.
- Oversee salary structures, pay ranges, and leveling frameworks.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and leaders on compensation initiatives.
- Guide annual merit, bonus, and budgeting processes.
- Perform market pricing and benchmark analyses regularly.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and integration planning.
- Ensure compliance with FLSA and related laws.
