Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS/compensation platforms (Payfactors/Dayforce preferred).
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, internal equity, and data analysis.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain compensation policies and documentation.
• Lead compensation reviews for complex positions and evaluate scope, level, and exemption status.
• Document defensible external market benchmarks and data limitations.
• Develop clear compensation recommendations balancing market and budget.
• Administer salary structures, job grades, and benchmark assignments.
• Provide consultative guidance to HR partners on policies and offers.
• Support compensation surveys, reporting, and audits.
• Escalate high‑risk or high‑impact decisions to leadership.
