Position Summary: The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for implementing the Firm's compensation structures, as well as designing and auditing the compensation structures to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and compliant with regulations. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing compensation data, and developing salary structures and policies. In addition, this role will support compensation administration and execution of the firm’s various compensation programs, helping to translate strategy to results. This role reports to the Director of Benefits & Compensation. Scope: This position includes job description evaluations, FLSA determination, base and variable pay administration, survey participation, market data analysis, annual merit, and bonus programs. The Senior Compensation Analyst provides input and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives to ensure competitive pay scales and internal equity.
The anticipated base salary range offered for this role will be between $120,000 to $140,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base compensation range. Actual base compensation will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees, and location, as well as the needs of the firm.
