Job summary

Building Services 32BJ Benefit Funds is seeking a Compensation Analyst to independently manage compensation analysis and job evaluation for a multi-entity organization. You will administer salary structures, evaluate positions, and provide decision support to HR and leadership.

The role requires developing market-based and internal equity recommendations, coordinating with HRIS/Payroll, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible compensation experience.
• Experience in a complex, multi-entity, unionized environment is preferred.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain compensation policies and documentation.
• Lead compensation reviews for complex positions and benchmark selections.
• Develop defensible external market benchmarks and internal equity considerations.
• Support annual compensation planning, data audits, and approvals.
• Provide consultative guidance on compensation policies and offer development.
