Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead advanced market pricing, job architecture support, and compensation program administration, focusing on hourly production roles. This role partners with HR and business leaders to provide market insights, pay recommendations, and data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive compensation or HR analytics experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong expertise in advanced Excel functions (including pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling) with HRIS and compensation management systems.
• Experience with multi-state compensation.
• Foundational knowledge of pay equity analysis concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale market pricing evaluations and salary survey participation focusing on hourly production populations.
• Analyze internal and external data to make recommendations on pay ranges, compensation programs, and internal equity.
• Support merit, promotions, and incentives processes, including modeling and scenario analysis.
• Provide advanced compensation guidance to HRBPs and Talent Acquisition.
• Conduct job evaluations for new and existing roles and contribute to salary structure updates.
