System One is hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst in Tulsa, OK for a full-time, onsite role with a compensation range of $110,000–$118,000. You will design salary structures, lead annual planning, perform market pricing, and analyze pay equity while ensuring compliance and partnering with HR and Finance.

You will create reports and dashboards for senior leadership, guiding compensation decisions and program enhancements across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of compensation experience, preferably within a complex or multi-department organization.
• Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, salary administration, and market pricing.
• Understanding of federal and state compensation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience utilizing HRIS platforms.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and present meaningful recommendations to leadership.
