Job summary

Onity Group Inc. seeks a Senior Consultant, Compensation to lead expert analysis, recommendations, and program leadership across broad-based and incentive compensation in the United States.

Reporting to the VP Total Rewards, you will independently evaluate complex pay matters, interpret market and internal data, and advise HR and business leaders on decisions that affect compensation programs, compliance, and risk.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in compensation with complex analysis.
• Experience with broad-based compensation, equity, and governance.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders on sensitive pay decisions.
• CCP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop pay recommendations for merit raises, market adjustments, new hires, transfers, promotions, and retention actions.
• Design and govern incentive, retention, and severance programs.
• Create clear compensation communications and training for HR, managers, and stakeholders.
• Interpret laws and ensure pay equity, compliance, and governance.
