Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst in Rhode Island to provide market-informed compensation recommendations and governance. You will partner with HR and leaders to deliver data-driven pay decisions, perform market pricing, and support annual salary review cycles.

The role requires 3+ years in compensation or total rewards, proficiency with Workday and compensation tools, and advanced Excel capabilities. This is a full-time, onsite role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

3+ years of progressive HR/compensation experience.
Experience leveraging workforce data to drive insights.
Strong analytical, reporting, and data modeling skills with large datasets.
Experience developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations for decision-making.
Ability to optimize technology solutions for compensation administration, analytics, and reporting.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills including modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.

Responsibilities

Conduct market pricing, peer cuts, and benchmarking using multiple sources.
Analyze survey data, apply geographic differentials, and recommend competitive pay ranges.
Support annual merit, bonus, and off-cycle salary review processes with data prep and modeling.
Review pay actions for compliance with guidelines, internal equity, and range placement.
Evaluate internal equity and compensation trends; prepare governance documentation.
Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and visualizations for leadership.
