Job summary

  • Analyze internal and external data to guide pay decisions and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies, manage survey data, and assess pay equity across the organization.
  • Assist in building and refining pay frameworks, including salary structures and incentive programs.
  • Evaluate roles for leveling, classification, and exemption status in partnership with HR.
  • Maintain and validate compensation data within HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor trends, metrics, and workforce data to inform compensation strategy.
  • Provide insight and recommendations on new hires, promotions, and off-cycle adjustments.
  • Support budgeting and cost analysis related to compensation decisions.
  • Contribute to process improvements and new reward initiatives.
  • Deliver guidance and training to stakeholders on compensation practices and policies.
  • Ensure alignment with applicable compensation regulations and internal standards.
