Collibra’s Raleigh-based Sales Compensation team designs, calculates, and pays commissions for quota-carrying Collibrians across NA and EMEA. You’ll own the monthly close, incentive plan logic, and data integrity, partnering with Sales Operations and Total Rewards to ensure accuracy and adherence to SLAs.

You'll join the Sales Compensation team, which sits within Finance and works alongside Sales Operations and Total Rewards to design, calculate, and pay commissions for quota-carrying Collibrians across North America and EMEA. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Compensation you will be the hands-on owner of sales comp operations, plan logic in Xactly, monthly close, dispute resolution, and the annual plan cycle. Because every seller sees the output of this work each month, the team lives our value of being open, direct, and kind: we explain how a number was calculated, we say when something is wrong, and we fix it in the open.
This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.
The standard base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $110,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
