CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Community Affairs & Partnerships Manager to lead community engagement across markets and strengthen the company’s social license to operate. You will build local relationships, guide cross-functional strategies, and ensure community considerations inform site selection, permitting, construction, and operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Public Affairs, Political Science, Urban Planning, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in community affairs, stakeholder engagement, social performance, public affairs, government affairs, or external relations.
• Experience supporting data centers, energy, or large-scale critical-infrastructure development, including permitting or entitlement processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional community engagement strategies across assigned markets, aligning with business objectives, permitting milestones, construction schedules, and priorities.
• Guide site selection and project due diligence with stakeholder sentiment, political dynamics, and risk assessment.
• Build trusted relationships with elected officials, community leaders, nonprofits, unions, and local stakeholders; represent CoreWeave in public forums.
• Develop market-specific engagement plans identifying key stakeholders and milestones; escalate as needed.
• Negotiate community benefit agreements and coordinate PILOTs, RDAs, and similar development agreements.
• Oversee local partnerships and investments aligned with business and community priorities; collaborate with CoreWeave Cares and Employee Action Networks.
• Establish KPIs and provide leadership with concise reporting on stakeholder alignment, sentiment, and risks.
• Manage budgets for engagement activities, events, sponsorships, partnerships, and investments; develop scalable processes.
