Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of International Affairs to lead the company's expansion into new international markets and to establish trusted relationships with government officials, regulators, and economic development agencies. You will work with Corporate Development, Legal, and build teams to de-risk deals and accelerate approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience in international affairs or government relations.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead CoreWeave's international affairs strategy and market-entry initiatives across regions.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, and build teams to assess political, regulatory, and stakeholder risks for new markets.
• Support negotiations, permits, energy access, and community engagement in new markets to accelerate capacity.
• Collaborate with regional government affairs leads to develop shared strategies across markets.
• Develop market-specific engagement plans identifying key stakeholders and escalation paths.
• Represent CoreWeave before senior government officials and diplomats to build trust and partnerships.
• Monitor regulatory, trade, data sovereignty, and energy developments affecting AI infrastructure and data centers.
• Coordinate with U.S. counterparts and internal teams to align international objectives with policy goals.
• Manage external advisors and in-country partners to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
