Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead self-development site initiatives within the Strategic Programs and Global Expansion organization. You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional collaboration to move sites from acquisition through construction handoff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management in data center or large-scale capital development.
• Experience with integrated schedule management and budget tracking.
• Knowledge of entitlement and permitting processes (AHJ).
• Experience coordinating due diligence (title, survey, geotechnical, environmental).
• Ability to drive deliverables across internal teams and external parties without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, real estate, or related field.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution for assigned self-development sites, partnering with Principals who lead strategy.
• Maintain integrated schedules, track budgets and risks, coordinate internal teams and external consultants.
• Prepare each site for construction handoff and ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Build and maintain the site schedule including critical path and exit criteria.
• Coordinate diligence and permitting workstreams with AHJs and external consultants.
• Prepare executive-facing status reports and maintain project trackers and records.
