• Ensure daily data entry and lead tracking follow-ups.
• Assist in leasing tours and respond to inquiries.
• Provide courteous response to resident requests.
• Support in resident retention initiatives and events.
• Maintain inventory and procure admin supplies.
• Prepare and submit reports and forms accurately.
