Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead onsite operations for our property portfolio. You will supervise staff, coordinate with departments, and ensure service quality aligns with Board expectations and contract commitments.

This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities to drive property improvements on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• CAM certification and Florida license are required.
• 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service and to assist in prompt response to questions.
• Maintain knowledge of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential and ensure obligations are met.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections and propose improvements.
• Oversee construction projects and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Create and maintain information in the portal (work orders, minutes, monthly reports).
• Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff; provide direction and resolve problems.
