Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead on-site operations and partner with Regional Directors and Boards to deliver quality service. You will oversee staff, site inspections, and construction projects, ensuring contract obligations are met, with a 8:30am-5:00pm schedule, and a salary range of $72,000–$75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Must be CAM certified and licensed by the State of Florida for CAM.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered and Board expectations are met.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections, identify deficiencies and provide improvement plans.
• Oversee construction projects and property maintenance/improvements within budget.
• Create and maintain information in our portal (work orders, meeting minutes, reports).
• Interview, hire, train and schedule staff; ensure proper staffing levels.
