Cardinal Group Companies in Fairbanks, AK is seeking a Community Manager to protect, maintain, and enhance the community while maximizing residents’ living experience. You will coordinate the property’s overall operations and supervise onsite teams to ensure smooth daily activities.

The role requires strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, and resident relations, with a focus on budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. On-site leadership and excellence in service are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years’ experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law and resident relations.
• Experience with property management software I Entrata preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Google tools.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare budgets/forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude toward residents, clients, and team members.
• Aim for improvements to meet annual financial and operational goals.
• Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing and upkeep.
• Develop income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy for the property.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and manage variances from budget.
