Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Community Manager (Full-Time, Exempt) in Aurora, CO. The role focuses on protecting and enhancing community value while maximizing residents’ living experience through effective operations, leasing strategies, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities include leading on-site teams, managing budgets, and ensuring lease accuracy. Requires four years in property management, strong communication, and proficiency with Entrata and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years’ experience in property management. Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, and resident relations.
• Proficient with property management software; Entrata is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google platform.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare budgets/forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing and facility upkeep.
• Develop revenue by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances; implement collection strategies.
• Maintain accurate community files and lease data in management software.
• Coordinate revenues following lease obligations and approve vendor invoices.
• Lead on-site maintenance, office staff, and leasing team; supervise residents relations.
