Cardinal Group Companies in Denver, CO is seeking a Community Manager (Full-Time, Exempt) to protect, maintain and enhance the value of our apartment communities while maximizing residents' living experiences. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, leasing, maintenance, safety, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years’ experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Experience with property management software; Entrata preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Direct day-to-day activities of maintenance, safety, leasing and upkeep.
• Develop income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
