Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential community in Charlottesville, VA. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations while driving occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills, with responsibilities including forecasting, rent administration, and vendor coordination to maintain property standards and resident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management and related experience to manage daily operations and revenue growth.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting and financial analysis for the property, reviewing marketing information and performance reports.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments, and preparing financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications while ensuring compliance with contracts and insurance certificates.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee leasing processes, inspections, notices, renewals, and enforcement per lease terms.
• Analyze market trends and develop short- and long-range marketing strategies to boost occupancy and revenue.
