Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Property Manager in Minneapolis to oversee day-to-day operations for multiple properties. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, implement leasing strategies, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while coordinating with owners and vendors to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years in property management or related experience managing apartment communities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and input property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Set rents, collect fees, and review monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, ensure insurance certificates, and manage communications.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and oversee maintenance team performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and appearance.
• Supervise staff, hire, orient, and evaluate employees.
• Engage with owners, provide property updates, and respond to requests.
