Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site. You will lead staff, supervise leasing, maintenance, and financial administration in line with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires on-site leadership, budgeting, and strong customer service to maximize NOI and resident satisfaction. A CAM/ARM or equivalent housing-industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; 4 years housing experience or related training preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community on-site.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Prepare weekly/daily staff schedules.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing.
• Achieve NOI through cost control and revenue/leasing improvements.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Head emergency team and ensure proper response.
• Maintain property appearance and coordinate repairs.
• Plan marketing and leasing strategies.
